TLDR: Very good generic stat stick. Extremely easy and generic condition to activate its effects. Any DPS that wants Crit DMG can use this wheel to good effect, but it's obviously best on characters that use a lot of cards. Likely won't outdo a character's unique wheel, but for Standard characters this wheel can easily fill your SSR slot once you +12 the good Standard wheels. Worth pulling, but remember the upcoming triple limited rerun banner.
While Kathigu-Ra isn't a must pull, I consider this wheel as a "highly recommended" pull. Even if the DPS you're giving this to doesn't have built in STR buffing, the Crit DMG, Base DMG, and very easy to gain Temporary STR buff make it a fantastic option for practically any DPS. It's definitely going to be best on characters who like to spam many cards in a turn such as G-Helot, Jenkin, or Aurita, but if you lack a wide roster of wheels this can easily fill in a slot for any DPS. A great choice of investment provided you have enough pulls saved up to pick up the 3 upcoming limited reruns (they absolutely take priority).
