TLDR: Decent stat stick wheel for any Crit based DPS. Worth pulling at least 1 copy, although it's certainly best on a Caro DPS. If you're not into Caro you can skip.
Crit DMG, Base DMG, and Crit Rate are all stats most DPS appreciate. It's a genuinely usable stat stick for most DPS just off that. The Caro specific effect is also quite nice provided you have a steady stream of Embryo to consume. 100% worth pulling. Value off dupes is subjective; I'd say dupes are good if you plan on using it specifically in Caro as the Base DMG increase isn't THAT crazy otherwise.
