TLDR: An obvious choice for Xu, with part of its effect only being usable by her. As a generic option, it's OK but nothing special. Pick up if you plan on using Xu extensively, or skip otherwise. Or just use Nymphaea's wheel if you're on a budget.
Xu's signature wheel is quite nice for her. 15%-30% increased Poison application and trigger damage is nice, and being able to give other Awakaners Aliemus is also helpful (even if the amount isn't THAT high). The automatic Embryo Fusion gain is... OK? It's passive and it's SOMETHING, but it's not going to make her outdo Thais or anything. Think of it as a nice little bonus. You're mostly here for the DMG Amp main stat and the increased Poison application, but even then you could make the argument to run a "cheaper" option like Nymphaea's sig wheel or Sunfall (the BP wheel).
