With the road leading to the Monolith reopens, Trekkers resume their profession and gradually gather once more. The Petal Bloom Guild also gains renown, becoming a model in the hearts of other Trekkers.
To help the newcomer Trekkers adapt, the members of Petal Bloom spring into action:
Fuyuka begins leading hunts on the front line; Nazuka teaches theories on facing monsters and sudden emergencies; Kaede helps the Trekkers refine their plans for logistics and material allocation.
… But Nazuna still spends all her time idling around.
"Didn't someone claim to have even won an award for being the 'most outstanding Trekker'?"
"Waahh—Nazuka senpai, you aren't mad, are you?"
"Hmph. Meddling isn't my style… If anything, those rookies will never be ready for the field if you all keep over-protecting them like this."
"Oh dear… We've been so busy for a while, just let Nazuna rest! The rest of us are more than enough to help out."
Though Nazuna is full of complaints, she eventually finds something she excels at teaching—
…
"Listen up! The most important thing for a Trekker is to stay alive. Don't ever think running away is a shameful thing to do! Failure still counts as important experience!"
"And remember, your enemies aren't just the monsters of the Wilds or the Stellaroids inside the Monoliths. Some of you hold illusions about this world or your own kind, but those with bad intentions and hidden motives can become your enemies, too. So, learning how to deal with people is essential!"
"Hah? You think that's dishonorable? Don't be ridiculous! It's survival tactics! Stop whining and get it through your head!"
...
Her training might sound unconventional, but the results speak for themselves. Injury rates among the Trekkers who participated in Nazuna's courses are always the lowest, and many people are beginning to see an unexpected side of this girl.
Of course, for Nazuna herself, this isn't necessarily a good thing.
"What? Another guild invited me to be their instructor? No way, absolutely not! Not even for money! I'm already swamped!"
