General Gameplay
1. I parried the attack but why am I still dying?
-
If an enemy's attack power is significantly higher than a knight's defense, the knight may still take damage even after a successful Parry.
-
Also, if a knightâs Energy drops to 0 after blocking attacks, their guard will be broken, and they will become temporarily uncontrollable.
2. Why can't I dash?
-
To use dash, you must be inputting a movement direction. The Guard button will then change to the Dash button.
-
After dashing, there is a cooldown until the next use.
3. Why doesn't my Hold Skill work when I hold the Basic Attack button?
- Using a Hold Skill requires Energy, which is the blue bar under your unit.
4. I got knocked down by an enemy's skill and can't move. What can I do?
- Knights who are Staggered, Knocked-down, Airborne, Stunned, or Rooted cannot be controlled but can be switched with a standby knight.
5. I just summoned a relic. Why can't I find it when opening the relic equipping menu?
- Besides rarity, relics are also divided by class. You can see which knight class can equip a relic by looking at the top right of the relic's icon.
6. Can the AI in Grandprix PvP do the cool combos I did in PvE stages?
- In Grandprix PvP, you only control Switch, Link Switch, and the Ultimate Skill. If no input is given, all knights act according to their predetermined patterns.
7. What is the daily reset time?
- Daily contents reset at 20:00 (UTC+0).

New Player Guidance
1. Which banner should I summon on as a new player?
-
New players should first try their luck on the Knight of Prophecy (Standard Banner) for 80 pulls.
-
Based on the SSR unit you get, you can then choose a unit you like from the Rising Star (New player's Banner).
-
You can then summon on a Feature Banner if you want that specific unit. It is highly suggested to have enough Blue gems for a pity exchange before summoning.
-
For free-to-play (f2p) players, it's suggested to do at least one pity summon on the Knight of Prophecy banner at the start to build up your roster.
2. Why doesn't a new unit I summoned appear in Memory Echoes to farm shards?
-
You must own the unit to farm its shards in Memory Echoes.
-
For new units, they will be added to Memory Echoes after their feature banner ends.
3. Which Exclusive Relic should I get?
-
The normal priority is: Main DPS unit -> Breaker unit -> Amp unit (Buff/Debuff).
-
This priority can differ depending on your team composition.
4. What should I farm first as a new player?
-
The general farming priority is: Gold / Exp Mat > Breakthrough Mat > Relic Mat / Gear Mat / Skill > Gear.
-
As a new player, you should farm for EXP to level up your units and farm Trace materials to increase their level cap (breakthrough). You should also focus on upgrading the Alchemy Lab (AL).
-
Finish Chapter 2 to open the Alchemy Lab as soon as possible to push Eikon progress. Choose 3 classes to focus on in the lab and upgrade them all to level 3 before slowly upgrading the others.
