Ellie provides 10% Earth Dmg to all and additional debuffs through Gulgak and Custos and high personal damage. Jiwon can be subbed in place of either Ellie or Francis to provide the option of Dash > BA to drastically speed up rotations. I am currently unsure if this is stronger than the 2 generic supporters. Yeonhwa can be subbed for Ellie if Gabi is high investment and higher defense shredding would benefit the team more than Ellie's personal damage Yeonhwa also likely is more useful in higher Rift levels due to higher defenses on enemies
