Best healer of the early game. Her free weapon adds Earth DMG and Crit DMG buffs, making her more than just a healer. Shines most in Conquest and Rift.

World / Path T2

Healers are generally low priority in World/Path due to constant waypoint healing. Francis is the exception among healers thanks to her weapon granting Earth DMG and Crit DMG buffs. If you're running an Earth DPS, she's worth considering. Otherwise, a damage dealer is usually the better slot.

Conquest T1

Francis earns her spot as the go-to support for boss content. Her passive deals solid damage, her Support Skill reduces burst spikes, and her free weapon provides Crit DMG buffs that scale well. She's especially valuable paired with an Earth main DPS.

Dimensional Rift T1

A well-rounded Rift pick who brings AoE, healing, and Crit DMG amplification in one slot. The best healer for this mode — if you need one — as she actively contributes to damage rather than just sustaining. Works especially well alongside Gabi or another Earth DPS.
