The base's two counters in Suikoden STAR LEAP: all 30 lines the item shop stocks with prices and daily limits, and every pool of unidentified...

One counter sells and the other buys. What the shop stocks is mostly what the kitchen wants, at a price and a few a day; what the appraisal shop takes is the unidentified treasure the trading post brings home, and it pays in potch for whatever it turns out to be.

Item Shop

Here you can buy items to restore stamina and more. The stock changes everyday so keep checking in.

From VLG Lv. 2.
The shelf
30 lines make up the stock, and the shelf is drawn from them daily rather than showing all of them at once.
Restocking
3,000 potch draws a fresh shelf, up to 3 times a day on top of the daily one.
How many
Every line has a limit of its own, counted per day.

Appraisal Shop

Check items' value and exchange them for potch. Some might be worth quite a lot!

What comes in
27 kinds of unidentified treasure under 12 names, and each turns into one of the results listed under it.
Two of a name
Two or three of them share a name, an icon and nothing else: 24 of the 27 are sold at a trading post, and which town a piece came from is what decides the list it draws on. The rest are handed out rather than sold.
What it pays
The shop appraises a piece and buys it on the spot for what it turns out to be worth, in potch.
