75 errands across 11 towns, each paying friendship with the town that posted it: every level of that counter hands over 30 Fantasy Stones and widens the town's shelf, 66 lines at the bottom of the ladder and 75 at the top. A delivery names a grade as well as a count, and each grade is a separate item — ten at Q2 will not settle a request asking for Q1.

Friendship is counted per town. Nine of the eleven sets come to between 3,000 and 3,600 once every errand in them is done; the two towns of the year 458 come to 600.
