The diving facility in Suikoden STAR LEAP: all 25 species, how many hits each takes, what it leaves for the kitchen, and which of the four hours...
The village goes under with a harpoon. A dive is scored rather than fished — a target to beat and a stretch of seabed to beat it in — and every catch leaves a material behind for the kitchen.
- The hour
- The hour you go in is the only thing that changes the water. Nothing else does: unlike the quarry or the fields, diving has one difficulty however far the base has come, and the phase of the Great Tree does not reach under the surface.
- The target
- A dive is played against 5,000 points.
- The seabed
- The same stretch every time, 0 to 100 down.
- Combo
- Land one after another without missing and the harpoon bites harder. The bonus stops climbing at six.
- What it leaves
- A catch leaves a material of its own name behind, and the eight that leave something else say so in the table.
- Off the seabed
- Clam, Coral, Green Sea Urchin and Shell are picked up rather than speared: they take no hits and earn no rank, and at most one is down there on a dive.
