A lady of Kaplan's Marquis Dulac family, she was pressured from a young age to embody the ideal noblewoman. However, Clerant never forgot her dream of becoming a knight, abandoning her family to pursue it.
Her mother's final act of kindness was granting her the legendary sword "Arondight," which she wields while striving to embody the ideal knight.
