Unable to resist testing her new inventions right away, she has caused countless explosions and destroyed multiple workshops, making her quite infamous in Ascalon for many reasons.

Before U3, without helping from other units for [Burn], Scarlet is limited with <Special Skill> and <Counter> to charge <Hold Skill>. But after U3, the limit is no longer there. And at U5, you can literally spam laser every 2sec.
