Dragonsbane Comp
Nuska will be throwing out a ton of DOTs, so cleanse is super important; that's where Chloe comes in. Shutein is an all around MVP in this dungeon with her turn cycling, MP cost reduction, Attack Boost, and being of the water element.
To minimize the chances of the boss landing the debuffs, we're going for a full Water team. In the event that many do still land, however, Beatrice will only get stronger and stronger. Rampart is there to mitigate a lot of the damage with his constant shields.
Scorched Apostle
Despite two of these units being water element, Shutein and Chloe, they are still the best in slot for this dungeon. Chloe's heals and cleanses are unmatched and Shutein does way to much to be left out. It is necessary to make sure they are both pretty tanky though, and we bring in Ravi to soak up some of of the damage they would otherwise take. Also, Shutein has a defense up skill which will also help her and Chloe survive. The main bulk of the damage will come from Artnis with her DOTs, of course. You can swap Shutein out for Pluto, but you will sacrifice the turn cycling and MP cost reduction. If you find yourself not needing the extra protection from Ravi, you can bring in Kana to help deal damage as well as apply some very useful debuffs in the form of attack down and chance to miss.
Tay-Get Outta Here!
This dungeon is one of the few areas where Serie is actually better than Chloe, and this is due to the fact that she's the Forest element as well as the fact that her heals come from her passive. This saves the team MP. Shutein does the usual Shutein things, but also pairs really well with Bernice who really enjoys Shutein's defense up buff.
The main damage will come from Ivy, who in addition to dealing damage also has a chance to steal buffs from Taygeta as well as push back her attack gauge. This will greatly slow Taygeta down, making the runs much safer. Three of the team being Forest element also means that Taygeta's guard will be breaking periodically, stunning her, allowing even more breathing room for your team.
Water Taunt Comp
The key to all of these Subjugation stages is to maintain a taunt on the boss so that he can only use his very weak basic attack to attack Theodore. We also build Theodore tanky, with very high effect hit, so that he always lands those taunts. Then we have Shutein for turn cycling and attack/defense boosting, Serie for the passive healing, and finally a flex slot for the damage dealer depending on the element we're facing. This being water we'll use Ivy or Yuri. At higher levels you may need to manual it, to keep theodore and Serie from using their ultimates.
Fire Taunt Comp
The key to all of these Subjugation stages is to maintain a taunt on the boss so that he can only use his very weak basic attack to attack Theodore. We also build Theodore tanky, with very high effect hit, so that he always lands those taunts. Then we have Shutein for turn cycling and attack/defense boosting. Serie for the passive healing, and being Forest she wouldn't be ideal here except that if done properly she'll never be attacked due to Theodore's taunt.
Finally a flex slot for the damage dealer depending on the element we're facing. This being fire we'll use Sacha or Beatrice. At higher levels you may need to manual it, to keep theodore and Serie from using their ultimates.
Forest Taunt Comp
The key to all of these Subjugation stages is to maintain a taunt on the boss so that he can only use his very weak basic attack to attack Theodore. We also build Theodore tanky, with very high effect hit, so that he always lands those taunts. Then we have Shutein for turn cycling and attack/defense boosting, Serie for the passive healing, and finally a flex slot for the damage dealer depending on the element we're facing. This being Forest we'll use Kana, since she can apply two very useful debuffs to the enemy and can also self sustain. In the future if we get a good 5 star single target nuker, they would be great here.
At higher levels you may need to manual it, to keep theodore and Serie from using their ultimates.
Light Taunt Comp
The key to all of these Subjugation stages is to maintain a taunt on the boss so that he can only use his very weak basic attack to attack Theodore. We also build Theodore tanky, with very high effect hit, so that he always lands those taunts. Then we have Shutein for turn cycling and attack/defense boosting, Serie for the passive healing, and finally a flex slot for the damage dealer depending on the element we're facing. This being Light we can use whatever strong single target nuker we have. Sacha is a great free to play option, or Ivy for her attack gauge pushback.
At higher levels you may need to manual it, to keep Theodore and Serie from using their ultimates.
