S+

Strike Zone
0
TIER S+
This card is meta exclusively due to being the only card that grants the team the Unity effect. Its effect is terrible otherwise, but since it IS meta its rating is unfortunately inflated.
All Party Members
At the start of battle, grant party members [Unity].

Full Party
1
TIER S+
THE meta card. It's surprising that this card was given out for free. A ton of crit rate for the WHOLE team with a negligible condition is absurd; having to slot in Strike Zone is a small price to pay for it.
All Party Members
When granted [Unity], there will be 2x effectiveness.
S

Maximization
1
TIER S
The OTHER Control card. Counterattacking is generally vital to achieving quick breaks, so the difference between this and Excuse isn’t really noticeable.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Excuse
1
TIER S
Arguably the best Control card due to our break to nuke meta, giving your team 15% crit rate before you start your chain skills.
Special Condition
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

All Out
0
TIER S
Extremely good card, providing a damage increase to every attack at the cost of draining some stamina. Forces a different playstyle for most characters, but the DPS increase is generally worth it. Particularly abusable by Kazuki.
All Party Members

Power Harassment
0
TIER S
Control is an insanely good debuff, so Power Harassment is pretty good. However, it’s a shop only card and Maximization/Excuse are significantly more accessible.
Special Condition
When the target is already granted [Control], the effect is replaced with [Command] and is granted to all enemies for
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.
[Command]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Command], decrease the enemy's Tension by 5.
When launching an attack that consumes Stamina towards an enemy under [Command], increase own Critical Rate by 20%.
This effect can also be considered as [Control].

Bombard
2
TIER S
While this card can enable some absurd damage output, it’s generally overkill for current content. Enabling this card is also a painful proposition for most teams, requiring some ult efficiency rolls or running Senju/Miu.
Characters: Conditions Met

Things To Hold On To
0

TIER S
Strong card provided you can activate a shield early. Kazuki is unsurprisingly the obvious choice since he just needs to strategy skill at the start of the fight. Senju CAN use this card too, but it’s a lot of extra steps (need to strategy skill multiple times, ideally have his T1 dupe, all while sacrificing break speed to do it or delaying your nuke after breaking to stack up the crit rate; also you still need to find additional attack sources somewhere) and Minami isn’t exactly great. Can also be activated with Ejection if you don’t mind slotting that in.
All Party Members
Night Time Ponder
Maximum 3 stacks.
Increase Critical Rate by 10% for each stack.
When under [Night Time Ponder], each time an Additional Attack hits, stacks will increase.

Bad Wish
1
TIER S
Actually better than it looks for Enoki. The crit rate is honestly whatever in the wake of Full Party + Things to Hold On To, but the real bonus is completely disabling healing (a QOL buff that should honestly have been attached to her passive 2). The stamina recovery increase is also very handy for a character who has such expensive stamina costs.
Characters: Conditions Met
This effect will be removed upon a character change.
Verge of Death
Maximum 3 stacks.
Stacks will increase over time.
Based on the number of stacks, increase Critical Rate by 13.34%, and increase basic Stamina recovery by 20%.
When taking damage from enemy or if there is a character change, all stacks will be removed.
A

Diligent Perusal
2
TIER A
Good payoff for Tsuruko, but do note its requirement of having to perform a Secondary Attack. It’s a bit annoying to activate and maintain but still worth doing so.
Characters: Conditions Met
When granted [Curse], further increase the Action DMG of Additional Attacks by
[Curse]
For party members granted this effect, decrease own Primary and Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by 25%.
When there are enemies granted this effect, deal an additional attack to the enemy at 60% Action DMG every 3s.

Gem of Flames
2
TIER A
A great card for very specific teams. Easily enabled by running AI Saigo or AI Enoki, or running a bad AI teammate like Senju or Q.
Characters: Conditions Met
This effect will be removed upon a character change.

Filthy Rich Guy
2
TIER A
A worthy contender to Kazuki’s signature card, providing a flat crit rate amount unconditionally. Depending on your gear you might be able to run this instead and still hit 100% crit rate. If you happen to have T5 Eiji the 20% crit rate he provides on top of this card will more than match Kazuki’s while providing the insane buff and passive tension gain that Eiji brings (at the cost of losing Kazuki’s break speed). More importantly, you could combine this combo WITH Kazuki and his signature card to remove the Unity duo from your set up and give you an extra card slot to work with (and rid yourself of Strike Zone). If we ever get a primary/secondary attack focused DPS (technically Gotanda exists but we can do better than that) this card’s value will greatly increase. Also technically has synergy with Nobles Obligation but it’s not really needed here.
Characters: Conditions Met
When the effect is active, based on the stacks of [Nobles Obligation], further increase Critical Rate by
[Nobles Obligation]
Maximum 10 stacks.
When other party members granted a buff deal damage to the enemy, grant oneself 1 stack of [Nobles Obligation].
When reaching the maximum stack, perform an attack at 150% Action DMG for a certain range with oneself as the center.

Pulsating Life
2
TIER A
A more realistic way to boost your ult damage multiplier. Clinical is comically easy to activate with passive 2 Yo.
All Party Members
When a character is granted [Clinical], increase their Ultimate Skill DMG Multiplier by
[Clinical]
Recover 1% of own Maximum HP every 3 seconds.

Vanquish
EX
TIER A
Limit Break payoff part 2. Just like Endless Serving, this is a great payoff.
Characters: Conditions Met
Based on the stacks of [Reconstruct], further increase Primary and Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Reconstruct]
Maximum 50 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Critical DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 5 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Interlocking Stratagems
1
TIER A
The real payoff to running Star Actor cards. Since piloting a breaker is generally optimal anyway, this allows for some pretty chunky chain skill damage and a decent attack point buff for the breaker (who is also likely sub DPSing). Particularly good for T1 Yo.
Characters: Conditions Met
When granted [Star Actor] and the maximum stack of [Interlocking Stratagems] at the same time, increase the Attack point of that character by
Interlocking Stratagems
Maximum 3 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 12%.
This effect can be inherited at +1 additional stack by the next character executing their Chain Skill.
This effect will be removed upon a character change, and there will be a 30s CD.
[Star Actor]
Increase Attack point by 5%.
This effect will not be granted on the operating character, and will be removed when a character becomes the operating character.

Chaotic Order
0
TIER A
Insanely good bossing card for all of one character. The only character who can self damage at the moment is Enoki, who abuses this card extremely well. The enemy tension gain increase is also good for her since it makes enemies do more aggressive attacks, allowing for more counterattack opportunities. It’s also irrelevant against bosses since they force themselves into EX phase anyways.
All Party Members
When the operating character takes damage, recharge allies' Tension by
Enemy's Tension will recharge 2x faster.
[Disorder]
Maximum 50 stacks.
For party members granted this effect, based on the number of stacks, increase own Critical Rate by 0.5%.
For enemies granted this effect, based on the number of stacks, increase own Attack point by 1%.
While under [Disorder], when party members take damage or execute a Perfect Evasion/Counterattack successfully, grant all members 1 stack.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 15 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Add Insult to Injury
EX

TIER A
Despite the hate this card gets, this card is great for Tsuruko’s DPS output. You’re already likely pairing her with passive 1 Iroha anyway, especially if you pulled for Kazuki and have Iroha T5. A more detailed analysis can be found on our “should you pull” guide, but for a TLDR: if you have T1 Iroha, consider picking this card up.
Characters: Conditions Met
When reaching the maximum stack of [Whispering Spirits], further increase Support point by
Whispering Spirits
Maximum 5 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase Support point by 15.
After the effect is granted, cannot grant the same effect within 5s.

The Game Starts Now
1
TIER A
We did a “should you buy” guide for this card if you want a more in depth look, but this card is basically a better version of Mita’s chibi card for AI Tsuruko/Iroha.
Characters: Conditions Met
For the character receiving the HP Recovery Effect, increase their Support point by

Endless Serving
EX
TIER A
One of the two payoffs to Limit Break. A pretty good one too.
All Party Members
Based on the stacks of [Reconstruct], further increase Ultimate Skill DMG Multiplier by
When an Ultimate Skill is executed, party members' [Reconstruct] will be removed.
[Reconstruct]
Maximum 50 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Critical DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 5 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Fighting With Flames
EX
TIER A
One of the best 3* cards to randomly get. A massive attack point boost for just pressing Strategy Skill is insane. Even without Unbending this card is just great.
All Party Members
When a character within the Field is under [Unbending], further increase Attack point by
[Unbending]
When receiving an attack that will reduce own HP to 0, 1 HP will remain.
After the effect is activated, [Unbending] will be removed and [Resuscitate] will be granted.
B

Ejection
1
TIER B
Actually sees use due to enabling Kazuki’s card generically for all teams. Practically every enemy will raise their tension bar pretty quickly so you lose very little time activating Things to Hold On To.
All Party Members
When the effect is active, consume Tension by 10.

Stimulation
0
TIER B
Surprisingly pretty good thanks to its synergy with Koichi’s chibi card. Ironically Koichi himself makes little use of this. Any character that can apply healing even semi-regularly can get even more healing from this effect. Notable synergies with passive 2 Yo, passive 1 Tsuruko, and Minami. This card's rating is bumped due to synergy with Pulsating Life.
Characters: Conditions Met
This effect will not be triggered by the recovery from [Clinical].
[Clinical]
Recover 1% of own Maximum HP every 3 seconds.

Battle Tactics
0
TIER B
Curse itself is miserable damage wise but it does enable Tsuruko’s chibi card.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Curse]
For party members granted this effect, decrease own Primary and Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by 25%.
When there are enemies granted this effect, deal an additional attack to the enemy at 60% Action DMG every 3s.

Energy Steal
1
TIER B
The actual good healing card for phase 1. Rated on the basis that you actually need healing for whatever reason.
Characters: Conditions Met

Piping Hot!
2
TIER B
You’re already running Unity anyways so this card’s bonus is always active. Very good if you’re running a character with a good strategy skill.
Characters: Conditions Met
When under [Unity], further increase Strategy Skill DMG Multiplier by

Professional
2
TIER B
Another good payoff to Charm, best abused by DPS Yo builds. You’re still likely better off running All Out.
Characters: Conditions Met
When a Secondary Attack hits an enemy granted [Charm], there will be 2x effectiveness.
[Charm]
When oneself is being attacked by an enemy granted [Charm], the enemy will enter a status where Attack point is decreased by 5%.

Go One Better
2
TIER B
The extremely rare and coveted defense point reduction. Pretty much exclusively good for teams running passive 1 Jio to maximize defense reduction. Probably not worth running over better options, but it IS a use case.
Characters: Conditions Met
When a Strategy Skill hits an enemy granted [Charm], there will be 2x effectiveness.
[Charm]
When oneself is being attacked by an enemy granted [Charm], the enemy will enter a status where Attack point is decreased by 5%.

Fighting Scene
0
TIER B
Star Actor is actually pretty good, but it’s hard to justify the slots for it over more generically useful options. If you lack better generic damage increasing options and your main DPS is AI friendly it’s a decent F2P option.
Characters: Conditions Unmet
[Star Actor]
Increase Attack point by 5%.
This effect will not be granted on the operating character, and will be removed when a character becomes the operating character.

Mastermind
0
TIER B
See Fighting Scene.
Characters: Conditions Unmet
[Star Actor]
Increase Attack point by 5%.
This effect will not be granted on the operating character, and will be removed when a character becomes the operating character.

Mastery
1
TIER B
Actually useful for Kazuki, Jio, and technically Tsuruko/Miu. You still have better options, but it does enable some funny playstyles. Out of respect for its synergies, it is rated higher than it would otherwise deserve.
Characters: Conditions Met

Detonator
2
TIER B
THE meme card. Basically a more consistent version of Blades Dance, but with a tension cost requirement (and probably a Control card too). Despite the tension drain the damage is good enough if you’re running a character who doesn’t need to ult (Tsuruko being the obvious option, but Jio or Kazuki can also abuse this card). Will likely fall off when enemies start getting more health due to its rather low damage multiplier.
Special Condition
Towards targets under [Control], launch an Additional Attack no matter if a Critical hit is dealt or not.
When the effect is active, consume Tension by 2.
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Leading Wisdom
2
TIER B
The payoff for Kingship, potentially allowing for a massive ult damage multiplier increase and self fueling Bombard. However, it is currently very difficult to stack Kingship. The payoff is somewhat worth it but there are far easier ways to boost your ult damage, and ult efficiency substats let you retain tension phase just fine.
Characters: Conditions Met
Consume all party members' [Kingship] stacks, and for each stack of [Kingship] consumed, decrease the amount of Tension consumed to execute the Ultimate Skill by
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Resurrected Ultimate Weapon
1
TIER B
Honestly not that bad. The extra Kingship bonus isn’t really important here; you’re just using this to give your Iroha/Tsuruko a bit of extra damage unconditionally. Still outclassed by more direct options, but if you lack those this is fine.
All Party Members
Based on own [Kingship] stacks, further increase Support point by
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Unpredictable Bomb Girl
EX
TIER B
Basically New Hope but without needing to weave secondaries before strategy skill. Even with max Disorder New Hope scales better.
Characters: Conditions Met
If the operating character is granted [Disorder], based on the stacks of [Disorder], further increase Strategy Skill DMG Multiplier by

Unyielding Negotiation Skill
2
TIER B
Provides a decent amount of primary and secondary attack damage if you don't mind dedicating a second slot for Control. Not a lot of characters who can fully abuse it when better options exist.
Characters: Conditions Met
When attacking an enemy under [Control], increase Primary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

New Hope
EX
TIER B
Extremely good card if you can get to EX. Multiple characters tend to secondary -> strategy skill and they all can abuse this card quite well. Having synergy with Unity is icing on the cake. Would be rated higher if it wasn’t EX phase.
Characters: Conditions Met
If the Secondary Attack is executed while granted [Unity], there will be 2x effectiveness.

Risk Management
2
TIER B
If you’re running a ranged DPS, this card is just a better All Out. More importantly, you can stack them together. Very strong card.
Characters: Conditions Met
When the operating character hits a target within a certain distance, decrease Damage Bonus by 50%.

Breakthrough
2
TIER B
A very strange Kingship card. Technically provides the best Kingship of any card, but has a very weird debuff attached.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Heavy Metal
EX
TIER B
Now THIS is a good Defense point card. I eagerly await the day we get a defense scaling DPS to see this card get abused. Currently Saigo can abuse this to become literally immortal (although he can already do this with Cut Rate++).
Characters: Conditions Met
When the effect is active, decrease Moving Speed by 25%.
When the effect is active, consume Tension by 10.
C

Painful Swing
EX
TIER C
An unconditional ult damage multiplier increase. Outclassed by better options even without their conditions activated but if you don’t have a better choice and don’t mind its EX requirement it’s fine. Should’ve been a phase 2 card at most.
All Party Members

Smash
2
TIER C
Control exists, and it requires Kingship to activate. Why? Rated at C instead of D purely because it does give an acceptable amount of crit rate, but there are better options not tied to a gimmick.

Grinder
2
TIER C
Pretty much exclusively for Enoki. Honestly not bad but if you’re that dedicated to the bit of strategy skill spamming you’re better off running her chibi card and a passive 1 Iroha. Ultimately outclassed by better options at higher rarity, but it does give you Disorder stacks if you need them for some reason.
All Party Members
When executing a Counterattack successfully, grant all members 1 stack of [Disorder].

Close Attack
EX
TIER C
A decent attack buff but there are better options at lower tension requirements.
Characters: Conditions Met
If the target is granted [Attention], the effect will be replaced by [Hegemony].
[Attention]
Enemies granted Attention will prioritize attacking the character who granted them the effect.
[Hegemony]
Target a specific character infinitely.
This effect cannot be overwritten, and has higher priority over [Attention].
When an enemy under [Hegemony] attacks the targeted character, damage is reduced by 5%.
If the character targeted with [Hegemony] is knocked out, the effect will be removed.

Super Play
2
TIER C
Somehow this is the best Kingship stacker. Pair with Eiji for fastest stacking. Still really not worth all the effort.
Characters: Conditions Met
When a character grants a buff, grant [Kingship].
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Set Up
0
TIER C
See Miserable.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Limit Point]
When attacks launched toward enemies do not hit within 5 seconds, receive damage equivalent to 1% of own Maximum HP every 0.5 seconds.
When under [Limit Point], if hitting an enemy with an attack that consumes Stamina, grant oneself 1 stack of [Reconstruct].

Rebellious Spirit
0
TIER C
Activates the bonus condition on the very strong Fighting With Flames card, but the effect applies to the SHIELDER and not the shielded making it unfortunately hard to get full value out of. If you’re running DPS Kazuki or DPS Senju for some reason and have Fighting with Flames, this is an obvious combination to further boost your attack stat. Otherwise the Unyielding effect itself is cute for letting AI Senju survive an extra hit when it inevitably eats the dirt trying to spam strategy skill.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Unbending]
When receiving an attack that will reduce own HP to 0, 1 HP will remain.
After the effect is activated, [Unbending] will be removed and [Resuscitate] will be granted.

Miserable
0
TIER C
Limit Point/Reconstruct is underwhelming. 5% Crit DMG at max stacks is barely noticeable. If you somehow got the 3* Reconstruct cards and really want to run them this card works, but on its own it is REALLY bad.

An Extra One for You
2
TIER C
As good as crit rate is, Control literally exists. Maybe in the far flung future where we can toss Kane, TP, and upgrade materials around like candy would one consider getting this upgraded enough to outdo Control, but remember that Control applies to the whole team while this card is for the operating character only.
Characters: Conditions Met

Coercion
1
TIER C
Gets a bump exclusively due to its potential with Kingship builds, but Kingship builds are still underwhelming.
Special Condition
For characters under [Kingship], increase their Attack point by the same amount as the enemies' decreased Attack point.
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Initiative
2
TIER C
Has niche use case vs Brave Diver to kick it out of its empowered sword mode faster, but otherwise you’re better off just killing it faster.
Special Condition
If the target is under [Control], there will be 2x effectiveness.
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Competition
0
TIER C
It builds tension, but not a lot. Only really useful in boss fights since they tend to raise their tension level up during phase transitions. Kingship synergy is cute but Kingship takes a lot of cards to work and be worthwhile, all for a payoff that is questionably worthwhile. There are generally better ways to get tension than running this card.
All Party Members
Based on the party member's [Kingship] stack, further increase recharge amount by
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Shimmering Blade
2
TIER C
Would be fine as a phase 1 card, but mediocre at phase 2.
Characters: Conditions Met

Surprise Attack
0
TIER C
Hegemony giving permanent taunt is extremely handy if you’re running a tank. The payoff for Hegemony is the rather underwhelming Q chibi card, which does provide crit rate but not enough to be a replacement to other crit rate options.
Special Condition
If the target is granted [Attention], the effect will be replaced by [Hegemony].
[Attention]
Enemies granted Attention will prioritize attacking the character who granted them the effect.
[Hegemony]
Target a specific character infinitely.
This effect cannot be overwritten, and has higher priority over [Attention].
When an enemy under [Hegemony] attacks the targeted character, damage is reduced by 5%.
If the character targeted with [Hegemony] is knocked out, the effect will be removed.

Iron Moe Punch
2
TIER C
The effect is actually fine but needing to be in phase 2 is painful. Outclassed by the frog card for applying Hegemony.

Blood Thorn
0
TIER C
One of the many Charm activators. The attack condition itself doesn’t really matter, so they’re all rated the same. Charm debuff is barely noticeable, and the only noteworthy synergy is with Go One Better for Defense shred which wants strategy skill used making Frost Haze the superior Charm applier.
Special Condition
[Charm]
When oneself is being attacked by an enemy granted [Charm], the enemy will enter a status where Attack point is decreased by 5%.

Frost Haze
0
TIER C
See Blood Rose. Perfect synergy with Go One Better makes this the preferred option.
Special Condition
[Charm]
When oneself is being attacked by an enemy granted [Charm], the enemy will enter a status where Attack point is decreased by 5%.

Safety Wishes
0
TIER C
See Blood Rose.
Special Condition
[Charm]
When oneself is being attacked by an enemy granted [Charm], the enemy will enter a status where Attack point is decreased by 5%.

Forerunner
0
TIER C
Slightly worse than Fighting Scene due to counterattack requirement, which is slightly more difficult to activate.
Characters: Conditions Unmet
[Star Actor]
Increase Attack point by 5%.
This effect will not be granted on the operating character, and will be removed when a character becomes the operating character.

Blades Dance
2
TIER C
A very funny card, but we don’t have many secondary attack spammers right now. Pretty much relegated to Kazuki or Gotanda at the moment.
Characters: Conditions Met

Cross Counterattack
1
TIER C
Actually provides a high enough stamina return to be worth using, but the opportunity cost of damage loss is noticeable.
Characters: Conditions Met

Lebenstrieb
0
TIER C
Helps enable Kingship builds, but 15 seconds is a bit too much in our current meta of sub minute boss clears. Being a shop only card is also a tough pill to swallow. The potential is there, but for now I can’t rate it highly.
Characters: Conditions Met
When reaching the maximum stack of [Kingship], recover
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Fist of Atonement
1
TIER C
A poor man’s Things To Hold On To. Technically usable if you really want to make AI Q work since he’ll actively be taking damage so the healing will actually matter, but the crit rate increase isn’t enough even with the 2x amount.
All Party Members
When there is an enemy granted [Hegemony], there will be 3x effectiveness on the untargeted characters.
[Hegemony]
Target a specific character infinitely.
This effect cannot be overwritten, and has higher priority over [Attention].
When an enemy under [Hegemony] attacks the targeted character, damage is reduced by 5%.
If the character targeted with [Hegemony] is knocked out, the effect will be removed.

Perfect Secretary
2
TIER C
A very strange card considering Control’s more aggressive nature. Shielders generally have better ways to improve their shields resistance.
All Party Members
When there is an enemy granted [Control], there will be 2x effectiveness.
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Karma of the Pledge
2
TIER C
Very good strategy skill damage increase, but specifically requiring the damage taken to be from an enemy makes it significantly worse than Gem of Flames. A bit too specific to be rated higher.
Characters: Conditions Met
If taking damage from an enemy while under [Unity], there will be 2x effectiveness.

Tearing Flash
2
TIER C
Not a good enough payoff for Limit Point, but better than Weak Point.
Characters: Conditions Met
Based on the stacks of [Reconstruct], further increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Reconstruct]
Maximum 50 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Critical DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 5 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Elated!
EX
TIER C
Very good primary attack card. Nobles Obligation isn't very good though. We don't really have any character whose damage comes primarily from their primary so for now it's not as good as it could be in the future.
Characters: Conditions Met
When granted [Nobles Obligation], further increase Primary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Nobles Obligation]
Maximum 10 stacks.
When other party members granted a buff deal damage to the enemy, grant oneself 1 stack of [Nobles Obligation].
When reaching the maximum stack, perform an attack at 150% Action DMG for a certain range with oneself as the center.

Reverse Therapy
EX
TIER C
Extremely funny for Koishi to turn his burst heal into a nuke, but Koishi has an actual usable DPS build that doesn’t need to run a specific card just to nuke every 30 seconds.
Special Condition
The amount of damage dealt will cap off at 8000% Attack point.

Ace Vision
2
TIER C
The final slowdown card, given out for free. The easiest to proc of the 3 as well since it’s universal and dodging costs minimal stamina.
Special Condition
After the effect is activated, there will be a 25s CD.

Quintuple Play
EX
TIER C
Theoretically useful but EX requirement is absurd for a card intended to generate Tension. Would’ve been really good and make Mita actually meta if this was a phase 1 card.
Special Condition
Each time this effect is activated, recharge allies' Tension by

Rise And Fall of Glory
0
TIER C
To max its effect you need to get at least 2 breaks on an enemy, or have enemies clumped close enough together for the chain attacks to splash onto multiple enemies. The effect isn’t bad but there are much easier ways to boost strategy skill and secondary attack damage.
Special Condition
When reaching the maximum stack of [Manipulate], increase Strategy Skill damage by
Conquer
Maximum 6 stacks.
Towards enemies under [Conquer], increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by 8.25% for each stack.
Manipulate
Maximum 6 stacks.
This effect will be removed upon a character change.

Rebuke
1
TIER C
Another time slower card. Having a CD instead of a tension cost makes it both better and worse in some ways. Still a gimmick.
Special Condition
After the effect is activated, there will be a 35s CD.

Mutual Trust
1
TIER C
Honestly this card is fine. While it does fall into the 'skill issue' category at least its effect is easy, reusable, and Disorder stacks up fast enough for this card's intended user(s) that it’s not a big deal to lose them.
Characters: Conditions Met
When there are 30 or above [Disorder] on the field, this effect can be activated again. After the effect is activated, all members' [Disorder] stacks will be removed.

Croesus
1
TIER C
Considering Todoroki’s AI performance in my testing, the shield would be quite nice, but having to dedicate TWO slots for a BUFFER is just not worth it when Ejection exists.
Characters: Conditions Met
[Nobles Obligation]
Maximum 10 stacks.
When other party members granted a buff deal damage to the enemy, grant oneself 1 stack of [Nobles Obligation].
When reaching the maximum stack, perform an attack at 150% Action DMG for a certain range with oneself as the center.

Instant Perception
1
TIER C
Time slow cards are fun and gimmicky, but not worth spending 30 Tension to activate. It has the potential to permanently slow down time, though promoting unhealthy habits is not encouraged.
Special Condition
When the effect is active, consume Tension by 30.
D

Steel Arms
2
TIER D
Another terrible Beyond Death card.
Characters: Conditions Met
When a Secondary Attack hits, based on the stacks of [Beyond Death], increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Beyond Death]
Maximum 5 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Attack point by 1%.

Retake
1
TIER D
No character’s counterattack does enough damage to justify this card.
Characters: Conditions Met
Towards enemies under [Control], further increase Counterattack DMG Multiplier by
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Theoretical Armor
1
TIER D
Another skill issue card. Just don’t.
All Party Members
If the enemy that deals the damage is granted [Control], there will be 2x effectiveness.
[Control]
When the operating character takes damage from an enemy under [Control], decrease the enemy's Tension by 3.
When launching an attack towards an enemy under [Control], increase own Critical Rate by 15%.

Laser Sight
2
TIER D
Another funny Beyond Death card, made even worse by requiring you to go all the way back to phase 2 to activate its effect. Terrible crit rate buff on top of that.
Characters: Conditions Met
Based on the stacks of [Beyond Death], increase Critical Rate by
[Beyond Death]
Maximum 5 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Attack point by 1%.

Frustrated!
2
TIER D
Disorder’s best abusers either don’t do much damage (Saigo) or don’t do it with their secondary attack (Enoki, Q).
Characters: Conditions Met
When oneself is granted [Disorder], further increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by

Shiver!
2
TIER D
A worse version of Piping Hot. Currently only Senju can actually utilize this card to its full effect, and while it is technically possible we are not going to advocate DPS Senju.
Characters: Conditions Met
When oneself is granted [Unbending], further increase Strategy Skill DMG Multiplier by
[Unbending]
When receiving an attack that will reduce own HP to 0, 1 HP will remain.
After the effect is activated, [Unbending] will be removed and [Resuscitate] will be granted.

Zap!
2
TIER D
Not a good enough payoff for Star Actor.
Characters: Conditions Met
When oneself is granted [Star Actor], further increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Star Actor]
Increase Attack point by 5%.
This effect will not be granted on the operating character, and will be removed when a character becomes the operating character.

Wobbly!
2
TIER D
This card completely misunderstands the point of Curse. Reminder that Curse reduces your primary attack damage multiplier, meaning this just exists to reduce that multiplier penalty. Just don’t.
Characters: Conditions Met
Towards enemies granted [Curse], further increase Primary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Curse]
For party members granted this effect, decrease own Primary and Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by 25%.
When there are enemies granted this effect, deal an additional attack to the enemy at 60% Action DMG every 3s.

Ferocity
0
TIER D
An underwhelming Crit DMG multiplier buff but it does come with a revive. The value of a revive is great until you’re killing bosses so fast that it doesn’t even matter. Still a decent option for new or less skilled players, but once you’re geared up enough the effect becomes irrelevant. Saved from F tier purely due to its tension cost being manipulated by ult dumping before you die.
Characters: Conditions Met
When the operating character is knocked out, revive the character and grant them [Beyond Death].
If the character has already been revived by other means, this revival effect will not be activated.
[Beyond Death]
Maximum 5 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Attack point by 1%.

Weak Point
2
TIER D
Not good enough to be a payoff for Limit Point.
Characters: Conditions Met
When granted [Limit Point] / [Reconstruct], further increase Secondary Attack DMG Multiplier by
[Limit Point]
When attacks launched toward enemies do not hit within 5 seconds, receive damage equivalent to 1% of own Maximum HP every 0.5 seconds.
When under [Limit Point], if hitting an enemy with an attack that consumes Stamina, grant oneself 1 stack of [Reconstruct].
[Reconstruct]
Maximum 50 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Critical DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 5 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Phalanx
2
TIER D
This could be so good if we had a character that could regularly apply shields, but we don’t have that. Also another phase 1 card in phase 2.
Characters: Conditions Met
When a character grants Shield, grant that character [Kingship].
[Kingship]
Maximum 30 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Primary Attack/Secondary Attack/Chain Skill DMG Multiplier by 0.1%.
When Stamina is recovered outside of basic Stamina recovery, gain 1 stack.

Toughness
1
TIER D
If Saigo scaled damage off his defense this would actually be usable. Sadly, he doesn’t.
All Party Members
When taking damage from an enemy, grant all members [Disorder].
[Disorder]

While under [Disorder], when party members take damage or execute a Perfect Evasion/Counterattack successfully, grant all members 1 stack.
If the number of stacks doesn't increase within 15 seconds, all stacks will be removed.

Uplift
0
TIER D
Nobles Obligation is a strange effect that ultimately doesn’t really matter. Not really worth the slot considering its payoff isn’t even needed for that card to be good.
Characters: Conditions Met
When the effect has already been granted, the duration of the effect will be extended.

Slightly better defense points than the other defense increasing options, but not enough to justify rating it better than them.

Momentum
2

The multiplier is actually good for what it is. Too bad it requires a dedicated build to use it AND it’s a phase 2 card.

[Beyond Death]
Maximum 5 stacks.
Based on the number of stacks, increase own Attack point by 1%.

Even if you were running some Beyond Death set up, the stats just aren’t worth it in the slightest. Maybe if you’re doing solo challenge runs you could run this, but we’re not gonna consider that here.

Light Tempo
2
TIER D
Attack speed is extremely rare, but unfortunately we don’t have any character that really cares enough to abuse it. Being a phase 2 card kills its use case for potential users like Enoki or Saigo.

What the hell does this card even DO for you? I guess in the EXTREMELY specific situation of fighting 3 enemies it forces each person to 1v1 their target, but it’s generally better to just kill one of the 3 with one of your AI teammates then gang up on the remaining 2. Actively terrible.
