He is a stingy bandit who ran an inn on Mt. Tigerwolf and stole the money and valuables of his guests. However, he is also a little bit goofy and hard to hate.
Since he made a living by robbing people using sleeping pills, he's not very good at fighting directly, but when he has no other choice, he'll frantically attack with all his might.
As an innkeeper on Mt. Tigerwolf, Ledon graciously served his guests **Robber's Tea**. It is a drink he specially made, containing a sleeping pill. Ledon tells his victims the name of the tea with a smile as they nod off. To him, Robber's Tea is his special technique as a warrior, and announcing its name is a declaration of victory over foolish opponents.
At Mt. Tigerwolf, Ledon used his usual method to trap the main characters of Suikoden I. However, his old acquaintance, the bandit Kessler, noticed that Odessa was among the victims. After receiving the wrath of Kessler, who adored her, Ledon gave up on stealing from them and eventually joined the Liberation Army, completely reformed.
