A girl who calls herself a magician. She lives at an inn in Rikon with her cat, Mina. She is more often than not out searching for Mina, who has a tendency to go missing.
The magic she wields is cute, but her skills are undeniable. She has a knack for cat-themed magic and sometimes performs it for small children.
While Mina, her beloved cat, often goes missing, it must be said that cats are not creatures bound to one location. Lotte knows this herself and appears to actually enjoy her routine searches for Mina as games of hide-and-seek.
Lotte casually decided to join the Liberation Army simply because they found her cat. She shows not the slightest bit of fear and maintains a fun demeanor even in the throes of battle. As long as Lotte has Mina, she manages to have fun no matter where she is or what she's doing.
