Sydonia

A bandit who set up his base in Mt. Seifu. His nickname is **Sydonia of the Toate**. He has a cynical attitude to life but trusts Varkas.

The Toate Technique

The Toate technique allows one to leap vast distances in an instant. Sydonia has mastered this uncanny art, bewildering his foes with sudden, unpredictable appearances and disappearances.

Needs No Words

Varkas and Sydonia, both leaders of a group of bandits, were captured by the military governor one day and held captive. Sydonia could have escaped alone using his special **Toate Technique**, but he didn't. Sydonia was determined not to abandon his best friend, Varkas, and to escape with him instead.

A Chance in the Bandit Business

Sydonia was being displayed by a certain traveling troupe of entertainers, but it seems that this troupe was an organization related to the Empire, and was attacked by Varkas's bandit gang. After being rescued, Sydonia joined them. Perhaps this was his calling, as he quickly became a leader, standing shoulder to shoulder with Varkas.
