A scatterbrained "master" of teleportation. Her bewitchingly bizarre magic is extremely handy.
The cane she uses is intricately decorated. It apparently aids in using difficult magic, but everyone around her sweats bullets when she uses it for fear of her slipping up and destroying it.
Viki sometimes fumbles and teleports herself to unexpected places, but where exactly does she want to go? She ends up fitting right into the places she mistakenly teleports to, so perhaps she's not in any real rush.
Viki is a proficient wielder of teleportation magic, but she mustn't be approached when she's about to sneeze. The force of her sneeze sets off her teleportation magic. In fact, a number of people have been teleported to unbelievable places because of that.
