Character Analysis
Hephae is a solid support that can do a little bit of everything, but her main gimmick comes from her signature weapon which provides a pierce buff to the team, but this buffs is not that great compared to other 4\ support and needed quite investment. Combined with her fast rotation, decent damage reduction, and (albeit small) attack buff, she's also able to Heal and provide quick Fire Anomaly appliance which can speed up Overload if she's put with a multiple element teammates. A solid support despite very niche.

How The Tier Is Calculated
Scores are based on testing from P0 to P6, talent and skill multiplier checks, in-depth combat testing, and team value. Team score uses a 1 to 5 scale: 5 is irreplaceable, 4 is great in most content, 3 is a good substitute, 2 is a last resort, and 1 should generally not be used.
Role score weights depend on the character's role, then challenge-context scores are factored in through Brute Force, Leaderboard, and Multiverse performance.
Final score bands: EX 4.5-5, S+ 4.1-4.49, S 3.6-4.09, A 3.1-3.59, B 2.6-3.09, C 1-2.59. Challenge weights: Brute Force 20%, Leaderboard 40%, Multiverse 40%.
Role Weights
Destruction: Damage Output 50%, Utility 25%, Handling 25%.
Breaker: Damage Output 25%, Utility 50%, Handling 25%.
Assist: Damage Output 34%, Utility 33%, Handling 33%.
