Li Chi

Li Chi

5 Stars thunder Thunder Destruction Destruction A Tier

Li Chi is Black Beacon’s “berserker” character, damaging himself and gaining power as he lowers his health. However, the risk is much lower compared to similar characters in other games as he only needs to drop to 55% max HP to get his full power, and he can even heal himself if he drops below that with his talent and Ultimate. He’s one of the few characters capable of reaching 100% crit rate, and he attacks many times very quickly which greatly benefits the lightning anomaly he’ll likely activate during his rotation. Li Chi himself is very simple, requiring minimal cancels or rotation memorization to pilot; while he does take some levels and gear to reach his peak performance, he can absolutely clear content with ease. While Li Chi did receive a slight buff to his range during Godfall, this has not affected his tier placement.

How The Tier Is Calculated

Scores are based on testing from P0 to P6, talent and skill multiplier checks, in-depth combat testing, and team value. Team score uses a 1 to 5 scale: 5 is irreplaceable, 4 is great in most content, 3 is a good substitute, 2 is a last resort, and 1 should generally not be used.

Role score weights depend on the character's role, then challenge-context scores are factored in through Brute Force, Leaderboard, and Multiverse performance.

Final score bands: EX 4.5-5, S+ 4.1-4.49, S 3.6-4.09, A 3.1-3.59, B 2.6-3.09, C 1-2.59. Challenge weights: Brute Force 20%, Leaderboard 40%, Multiverse 40%.

Role Weights

Destruction: Damage Output 50%, Utility 25%, Handling 25%.

Breaker: Damage Output 25%, Utility 50%, Handling 25%.

Assist: Damage Output 34%, Utility 33%, Handling 33%.
