This guide combines the KALEIDO Test PC client notice, the download and install steps, and FAQ Vol. 2 for players getting ready to board the LIMBO BUS on PC.
If you qualified for the KALEIDO Test on iOS or Android, your account is already cleared for the PC client. You can use the same account on either platform.
Download and Install the PC Client
- Go to the official website and download the installer. The filename is
kaleidorider_Miniloader. - Run the installer, pick your installation path, and let the launcher finish downloading the game resources.
- Start the launcher from your install directory. The filename is
KaleidoRIDER_launcher. Log in with your playtest credentials using the Email + Verification Code method.
The first launch will trigger an additional resource download.
Key FAQ from Vol. 2
How do I check if I was selected? Check the inbox, Promotions folder, and Spam of the email address you signed up with. You can also verify your status on the official website.
I got into mobile. Can I play on PC? Yes. Participants who qualified for iOS or Android can use the same account on PC.
Why does it say “You were not selected for this test” when I log in? Make sure the email matches the one in your sign-up questionnaire exactly, and select Email + Verification Code at login. Google Quick Login and Email + Verification Code are treated as separate accounts, and data cannot be shared between them.
When do servers open? Servers open on July 16 at 02:00 (UTC+0). Until then, the client will display “Server Maintenance in Progress.”
Will progress carry over? No. This is a data-wiping playtest. All account data and progress will be wiped when the test ends.
Can I reuse the NAVI Test client? No. The NAVI Test client is no longer functional. Uninstall the old version before installing the KALEIDO Test client.
What about exclusive NAVI Test rewards? Exclusive title and avatar frame rewards earned in the NAVI Test are tied to the official launch and will be delivered to your account when the game releases.
Are in-game purchases available? No. In-game purchases are disabled. Any shop pricing shown is for testing only and cannot be used for real transactions.
