How to Claim
Log in during the active reward window and check Mail. Netmarble says rewards are only delivered when logging in during the designated time period.
Expired or deleted mail rewards cannot be restored through support, according to the event notice.
What Players Should Know
The event is simple, but the timing matters. The two Rift Entry Ticket and Conquest Entry Ticket windows are separated by daily reset-style time blocks, so logging in once at the end of the event will not recover earlier rewards.
