Players who registered and created a character before it began receive Stellanite Dust ×450 and Bottled Vigor Soda ×1 by in-game mail, sent within an hour of the servers coming back. The mail stays valid until Aug. 24, 12:59 (UTC-7). The Vigor Soda’s own expiry depends on when you claim it, running to 12:59 on the Monday of the second week after the claim.
