Konami has posted strategy notes for both halves of Under the Liberation Army Flag — the Event RPG and the Loot Expedition — and one of them comes with a rework attached. From Episode 2 onward the Event RPG stops respawning field enemies, because the way it works now reads as a daily chore rather than the optional post-clear content it was meant to be.
Event RPG Level Caps
The cap lifts on its own as episodes unlock. There is nothing to spend on it.

EXP and Funds both scale with the episode number, so the newest episode is always the efficient one to farm. Episode 2 opens on September 2, 2026.
Missions and Strong Enemies
Every episode’s missions stay completable until Episode 4 ends, so a mission that is out of reach now can be left and retried later with a stronger party.
Strong enemies appear on each episode’s field, and beating one completes an event mission. Once Episode 2 is out you can move back to earlier episodes freely — the recommended order is to level up in the latest episode first, then go back for the strong enemies you left behind.
What Changes at Episode 2
Two changes land with the episode:
- Enemies on EXP and Funds tiles no longer respawn over time. They are cleared once and stay cleared.
- Re-killing a boss you have already beaten now grants EXP, Episode 1’s enemies and bosses included.
Konami’s stated reason is that the respawns were meant as something to do with spare time after clearing an episode, and instead looked like a daily requirement.
Loot Expedition Round 2
Round 2 is live, and it brings VERY HARD with it. The two routes overlap more than they differ:

Route 1 carries one extra note: bring Combat characters for the boss fight, even though Combat is not one of the route’s listed weaknesses.
Wind is the only thing both routes are weak to, and Lightning is dead on both.
Event Bonus Characters
The event’s own score bonus applies on Loot Expedition runs —
