After casting, applies 1 stack of [Striving] effect to the entire team. [Striving] increases all Allies' ATK by 5%. When Allies with this effect deal Counter Damage with their skills, adds 1 stack to this effect, up to 5 stacks. However, if an Ally's skill deals Normal damage, this effect disappears.
While having this effect, Grand Assault Value gained is halved.

After activating Talent [Done for the Day?]: Counter Damage dealt by this skill can exceed the [Striving] effect's stacking limit, up to 7 stacks.

Two-Star Additional Effect: When Allies with [Striving] effect deal Normal damage with their skills, [Striving] effect is not completely removed, but instead reduced by 2 stacks.
Five-Star Additional Effect: When [Striving] effect reaches 5 stacks or more, entire team gains 20% Critical Damage.
