As a Slayer, Leticia can burst enemy with her skill. She doesn't have many built in CRIT buff as other Slayers but her DMG is also very consistent with the clouds on the field. She's very dependent on Energy to summon cloud early on.

And as much Energy as possible to summon [Clouds] and use [Hold Skill] to increase [Clouds]'s DMG. U5 reduces Energy's burden by letting her to cast <Ultimate Skill> faster, which can summon 3 [Clouds] immediately.
