Inflicts Cosmic Gaze on a selected enemy and enters a charging state for 8 sec. Upon completion, deals P. DMG to the target with Cosmic Gaze equal to 3300% ATK. This DMG includes an additional 35% of the cumulative CRIT DMG taken by the target during the charge. If the target dies while charging, stops charging and deals DMG to the nearest enemy immediately.

After allied Vassals have cast Ultimate 5 times in total, the Blood Moon phase in this battle becomes Stellar Wrath. In addition to the original Blood Moon effects, it grants the Stellar Wrath effect to allies.

Stellar Legacy: Carrier gains ATK equal to 15% of Resurgent Setti's Base ATK. Gains an additional 1% whenever an enemy unit dies. This effect can trigger up to 3 times.

Stellar Wrath: When the carrier deals CRIT DMG, an additional P. DMG equal to 100% of the carrier's ATK is dealt. This effect can be triggered only once per sec.
