Analysis

Chiepoo is pretty focused on dodge & counter and quickly unbalance ennemies. He's really fast and can hit a lot of enemies at the same time.

Pros

Really good speed & ATK stats.

Has innate guts.

Has high dodge and dodge passive allowing him to dodge & counter effectively.

Both skills hit AoE (Horizontal) and Special has a lot of multihits.

Cons

Don't have speed buff passive helping him going faster.

Special is ST.
