A member of the lake pirates who claim Lake Toran as their own territory. He and Kanak, his sidekick, adore their leader, Anji, and go on rampages targeting only imperial vessels.
Leonardo swings his beloved two-handed axe with impressive might. The force of his swing is feared to be powerful enough to split a horse in half. Enemies freeze in awe over his incredible skills that have gotten him through many bloodbaths.
The moment Anji, leader of Lake Toran pirates, decided to join the Liberation Army, Leonardo was right there behind him. However, he never considered himself a subordinate of the Liberation Army's leadership. His battleground shifted from the lake waters to dry land, but he always has been and always will be a Lake Toran pirate and Anji's follower.
Leonardo may not be the most eloquent of speakers, but he is a man of morals who treats his fellow lake pirates like his own family and values bonds with others. This does not change when he joins the Liberation Army. While he barks at people to not get the wrong idea, the Liberation Army might well have become part of his extended family.
