Phaenomena is a Light-element DPS who specialised in massive Burst damage. Her combo might confuse player a bit at first due to a lot of sequence to learn in her rotation. Phaenomena is also a rather team-reliant character and not that good on her own. But putting aside that, she does her job properly as a DPS and could delete enemies really quick when you mastered her combo

How The Tier Is Calculated

Scores are based on testing from P0 to P6, talent and skill multiplier checks, in-depth combat testing, and team value. Team score uses a 1 to 5 scale: 5 is irreplaceable, 4 is great in most content, 3 is a good substitute, 2 is a last resort, and 1 should generally not be used.

Role score weights depend on the character's role, then challenge-context scores are factored in through Brute Force, Leaderboard, and Multiverse performance.

Final score bands: EX 4.5-5, S+ 4.1-4.49, S 3.6-4.09, A 3.1-3.59, B 2.6-3.09, C 1-2.59. Challenge weights: Brute Force 20%, Leaderboard 40%, Multiverse 40%.

[Ultimate Skill] [Hymn to the Celestial Core] increases the damage boost per stack from Talent 4 to 30%. Activating the Ultimate Skill fully restores Phaenomena's Vigor and resets the cooldown of [Skill 1] [Radiance].

Using [Skill 1] [Radiance] grants increased damage based on clockwise distance [Companion Star] is from the [Resonance Realm]. If it is 3 / 2 / 1 Realms away, damage increases by 60% / 70% / 80% respectively.
