Netmarble has published an English summary of the Mongil: Star Dive Developer Lounge Talk, covering the April 30 broadcast and answering several player questions about upcoming fixes and longer-term systems.

Ver. 1.1.0 and Roadmap Notes
The summary repeats the first-half 2026 roadmap: Episode 6: Flowers Blooming Through Scars, Narae, Nagi, and Legendary Monster Conquest: Reginula are planned for Ver. 1.1.0 in late May.
Netmarble also says Ver. 1.1.0 will include further Monsterling filter/combine improvements and additional improvements to enhanced equipment salvage.
Ver. 1.2.0 is planned for early July. The summary lists swimsuit characters, additional unrevealed characters, the Dispatch System, summer special events, Monsterling acquisition events, and new-character events for that update period.
Q&A Highlights
Netmarble says it is still reviewing new sources for Premium Salmon Puree, but plans to provide additional Puree through events and other in-game operations for now. The team also says it is reviewing suggestions such as adding Threads of Destiny and Threads of Promise as shop items.
For Monsterlings, the team says Crit Rate and Crit Damage Boost Monsterlings should become more useful when new growth elements and additional content updates arrive. Netmarble also plans to prepare events that help players obtain Monsterlings before the Dispatch System is added in July.
The enhanced equipment salvage issue is planned to be resolved in Ver. 1.1.0. Netmarble apologized for missing this in the previous update.
The team also says it wants to add practice content, such as a training dummy for measuring character damage or practicing with newly obtained characters, as soon as possible.
Field Run, Character Interaction, and Skins
Netmarble says it is working on ways to reduce the need to traverse the entire field when acquisition rates are low. It also named Monsterling auto-lock and a filter function for locked Monsterlings as May update improvements.
Character interaction features are still in planning and development. The summary mentions stronger event stories, sub-character stories, and possible Affinity-style systems, but does not give a release date for them.
For skins, Netmarble says it is still deliberating. The current focus is adding new characters rather than skin releases.
Starting from the next new character, Awakening will no longer be required as a condition to unlock various motions.
Gift Code Note
The Developer Lounge summary also lists SPECIALGIFT0430 for Blue Upgrade Stone x1, with a redemption period ending on May 7, 2026 at 14:59 UTC.
