MONGIL: STAR DIVE’s July 28 (Tue) update added the new 5-star character

, alongside her debut Epic Quest, two new Event Recruits, and a refreshed Legendary Conquest element rotation. The update went live after scheduled maintenance from 23:30 (UTC) on July 28 to 01:30 (UTC) on July 29.
New Character: Mabel
Mabel
, the Inquisitor, Recorder of Reality and Phenomena Therein, joined the roster as a 5-star Lightning character. Her arrival comes with:
- A new Epic Quest, “Reward Virtue, Eliminate Evil,” unlocked from the bottom-left corner of the Quest screen after clearing Episode 2.
- Two new Event Recruits: “Inquisitor, Recorder of Reality and Phenomena Therein” and “Reward Virtue, Eliminate Evil.”
- New “Inquisitor” Step-Up products (Inquisitor I–VII) in Shop, available from July 28 until August 18 (Tue) 23:59 (UTC).
Maintenance Compensation
Divers who log in between the end of maintenance on July 28 and July 31 (Fri) 14:59 (UTC) receive the following via in-game mail:
- Compass of Promise x1
- Glimmering Stardust x1
Legendary Conquest Element Rotation
The update also confirms the recommended and resistant elements for the next three Legendary Conquest weeks:

What Players Should Know
- The Dimensional Rift “Blue Summer Splash!” and Monster Race seasons ended on July 28 at 23:59 (UTC); free Rift Entry Tickets refill once the new season begins.
- The “[Summer Dive!] Character Step-Up” and “[Summer Dive!] Artifact Step-Up” Shop products ended during maintenance, and any unclaimed Summer Dive! Compasses left in Mail convert to 100,000 Gold after reconnecting.
- Several Event Recruits — “The Girl More Fiery than the Summer Heat,” “Herald of Love, Festival Dreamer,” “The Flame that Dreams of Justice,” “A Summer Soaked in Love,” and “Dokkaebi of Reckless Heart” — ended during the maintenance window.
- Bug fixes in this update include a facial-expression issue on Verna: Summer Dive! and a completion issue on the Francis: Summer Dive! Character Trial.
