Mongil: Star Dive will go offline for a short temporary maintenance window on May 5 at 23:30 UTC, with the work scheduled to finish on May 6 at 00:30 UTC.
This maintenance matters because it lines up with the Dimensional Rift and Monster Race season change. Players should claim outstanding rewards and spend free Rift entries before the reset.
Maintenance Schedule
- Start: May 5, 2026 at 23:30 UTC
- End: May 6, 2026 at 00:30 UTC
- Expected duration: 1 hour
- Game status: unavailable during maintenance
Netmarble says the schedule can change depending on circumstances.
What Changes
The maintenance includes the Dimensional Rift and Monster Race season change.
Unclaimed Dimensional Rift High Score Rewards and Monster Race Race Rewards will not be distributed separately after the season reset, so claim them before maintenance begins.
After the Monster Race reset, currently available rewards such as badges and track mission rewards will change.
Events Ending
The event stage for Welcome to the Maid & Clover Inn ends with this maintenance, but the shop, story, and missions remain available until May 12, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
These events also end with the May 6 maintenance:
- Calm Before the Storm, Premium Maid Service
- Anomaly: El Dorado Guardian
- Capture Event: Monsterling Research Deep Dive!
- An Invitation for a New Encounter
If you still have event rewards to claim, finish them before the servers go down.
Field Monster Respawn Fix
The patch also fixes an issue where field monsters could respawn under certain conditions, including cases such as the 1st Request Boss Monster.
Netmarble says it will share separate details later about verification and measures for affected players. Until that follow-up is posted, the official notice does not confirm compensation or account-specific handling.
Rift Ticket Reminder
The Sword of Utmost Hospitality Dimensional Rift season ends on May 5 at 23:59 UTC.
The new Dimensional Rift season starts on May 6 at 00:00 UTC, when the weekly 3 free Rift Entry Tickets are recharged. Netmarble recommends using all free Rift Entry Tickets before maintenance begins.
