It’s a hand size limit wheel, so that’s already good enough. Outside of that it gives a standard but great +20% Keyflare Regen and Exalt DMG/Shield, and every 3 turns entering Tranquil Seas gives the wielder Aliemus and Raging Waves inflicts Birth Ritual. The Raging Waves effect is pretty much exclusively for
Murphy: Fauxborn
. As a general purpose +2 hand size wheel, it’s probably the worst of them all, but in Aequor teams it’s a strong option for a Keyflare unit. With that said there’s a lot of +2 hand size wheels now so you shouldn’t feel OBLIGATED compared to the more flexible
