Version 1.3 puts a seventh address on the market: Stillmeadow House, a suburban property on Caltrop Lake Road in the Miguel District, listed at 6,900,000 Fons. That is one of the largest single Fons expenses in the game, roughly seven Pink Paws Heist payouts stacked end to end, and it lands at a point in the progression where most players already have somewhere to sleep.

This guide walks through exactly what the listing includes, what the new garden feature actually returns, and where the purchase should sit in your spending order.

What 6.9 Million Fons Buys

Open the property in the My Property panel and the specification sheet is short.

Listing detail Stillmeadow House
Purchase price 6,900,000 Fons
Property type L Property
Area Miguel District
Address Caltrop Lake Road - Stillmeadow House
Deco capacity 3,600
Anomaly Furniture 8 slots
Exclusive feature Garden (20 crop plots)

The number that matters most there is the deco capacity of 3,600. That governs how much furniture the house can hold, and it is the same allowance the game hands you at the very bottom of the property ladder.

How It Compares to the Other Properties

Lined up against everything else on the market, Stillmeadow House charges premium money for entry-level room.

Property Price (Fons) Type Deco capacity Parking
Wiener Apartments 200,000 L Property 3,600 0
Eden Apartments 1,000,000 LL Property 4,200 0
Skyview Halls 1,400,000 LL Property 4,800 0
Golden Capital 2,000,000 LLL Property 7,800 0
Stillmeadow House 6,900,000 L Property 3,600 0
Pegasus Residence 7,500,000 LL Property 4,800 2
Fenglin Villa 8,000,000 LLL Property 7,800 8

Two comparisons do most of the work here. Wiener Apartments costs 200,000 Fons and gives you the same 3,600 deco capacity, so the extra 6.7 million goes on location, layout and the garden while the decorating allowance stays exactly where it started. And for 600,000 Fons more than Stillmeadow House, Pegasus Residence adds 1,200 deco capacity plus two parking slots, while Fenglin Villa at 8,000,000 more than doubles the capacity and brings eight parking slots. Anyone saving toward a top-tier property is already 86% of the way there once they can afford Stillmeadow House.

The Garden Is the Real Selling Point

The garden is the one thing no other property has, and it is the whole reason to consider the purchase. Walk out to the side yard and you get 20 crop plots, each of which takes one packet of seeds and matures on a 168-hour timer — exactly one week per harvest cycle.

Every planted plot runs a 168-hour timer, so the whole garden turns over once a week.

Seeds come from grocers around Hethereau, including the Veggie Shop Vegetable Store in Illusion Town, and they are cheap enough that the input cost is close to noise.

Garden economics Value
Plots 20
Seed cost 10 Fons per packet
Full planting 200 Fons
Growth time 168 hours (7 days)
Harvest cost City Stamina
Shop price, produce 24–36 Fons per vegetable

Radish, carrot, eggplant, potato, pumpkin and cucumber seeds are all available, and the same counter that sells the packets prices finished vegetables between 24 and 36 Fons, which sets the frame for what a mature plot is worth. Harvesting spends City Stamina, so the garden competes directly with City Deliveries and Racing for the same daily budget — and those activities pay considerably better per point spent.

Treat the garden as a weekly ritual that tops up your Fons on the side. Plant all 20 plots the moment you buy in, water them when you pass through, and collect on the way to something else. It will never repay 6.9 million.

Anomaly Furniture Adds Nothing New

The property panel offers eight Anomaly Furniture slots, and each one takes a piece you can already run in a property you own. There is no exclusive furniture behind the purchase, no new account-wide passive, and no progression gate that only Stillmeadow House opens. If you bought this house hoping to unlock another Realm of Greed or another passive income engine, that is the wrong reason to spend.

Living In It

The house itself is genuinely one of the nicer builds in the game, and that is a real part of the value if you care about your base. The interior is a two-storey Japanese-suburban layout with a tatami-and-timber living room, a full kitchen, a staircase landing and a hallway that connects far more distinct rooms than any apartment on the market.

The living room, with the wide screen and low table that make Stillmeadow House the most home-like of the seven properties.

Outside, a marked parking pad sits under the carport beside the front door with the mailbox right next to it, and the roller door behind the pad stays shut. The yard carries a swing your own character can sit on, landscaped beds along the retaining wall, and a clear view over the fields toward the skyline.

The Invite to Move In panel lets characters share the place with you, and they turn up around the rooms while you are home.

The Verdict

Buy it if you have already secured Golden Capital and the properties below it, your Fons income is steady, you enjoy decorating, and you want a house that feels like a home with a weekly garden routine attached. At that point 6.9 million is discretionary money and the purchase is a good one.

Skip it for now if any of the following is true:

  • You are still building toward Golden Capital at 2,000,000 Fons, which carries far more economic weight per Fon.
  • You are saving for Fenglin Villa or Pegasus Residence — you are already most of the way there, and both give more room and real parking.
  • You need Fons for character and Arc upgrades, vehicles, or Beetle Coins at the Hunter Exchange.

Stillmeadow House is a lifestyle purchase priced like a progression one. The garden is a pleasant weekly trickle, the interior is the best-looking space in the game, and the sheet of numbers behind it is the weakest Fons-per-capacity deal on the market. Buy it when the money stops mattering, and put the 6.9 million somewhere else until then.
