Free, straightforward and simple. He does his job perfectly when you put him in the team.

Pros

Really high survivability: good defence stats, and he heals and permanently buffs himself below 50% HP.

His combat skill multihits (x2), which makes him a good breaker into combat weakness.

Has some good AoE.

Leader skill can be used on any team.

Cons

Story-locked, so he comes along even against bosses that hit his weaknesses hard and take almost nothing from him.

Leader skill is cut by half when not doing story.

Pretty low damage on Special without proper setups.
