Analysis

Uraku is mainly a normal attack attacker meaning his special won't fill as much as other attackers until you have capped the skills usage. But that also means that he can break melee weak enemies faster than usual and deals decent damage with proper supports around him. He gets good P.ATK buffs for a free unit and can buff allies on his row as well. However this is only limited to Rokkaku Hamlet tag (as of today, only him and Tsubaki). Another drawback of his kit is that one of his skill runes makes him unbalanced meaning you either have to play a character that clears it or use your rune slot for the unbalance rune.

Pros

Can chain normal attacks for faster breaks.

Really good leader skill and unique passive for the matching tag.

Overall good damage.

Cons

Needs his attacker allies to have the Rokkaku Hamlet.

Unbalances himself with his AoE skill rune.
