Ragnar is the main carry of the team. Him and Aegir are focused on doing most damage to Sheridan while getting kept alive by the healer.
Haruka slot is the 108 star slot for the Platinum difficulty star requirement, you can put anyone of them as long as your team is well leveled and geared. If you lack damage, consider replacing Hero by another support like Milich or SSR Shirin.
