Jiwon's enemy grouping and Wind DMG buffs are genuinely excellent, but she only works if you're running a Wind DPS. Without one, she offers almost nothing. When the conditions are right, her Divine Melody buff and Stamina Reduction are very impactful even in World content.

Conquest T0.5

Grouping is largely irrelevant in Conquest (single target), but Jiwon's Stamina Reduction remains universally valuable — it enables more frequent counter-attacks for any team. She sits in a dual-tier position: A+ with a Wind DPS, closer to B without.

Dimensional Rift T0

This is Jiwon's best mode by far. Enemy grouping combined with Stamina Reduction dramatically speeds up clears, and her Wind buffs give Wind DPS players an enormous advantage. In Rift she transcends her niche and becomes a top support for almost any team.
