TLDR: Probably? It's yet another arc 2 wheel with bonus stats on top of a good generic effect.
Analysis
Pollux 's wheel is fairly good. Having Crit Rate as its main stat does give it a niche over all the Crit DMG wheels that have come out recently, and the effect is generic enough to be decent on pretty much anyone. Dupe value is fairly average; it gives 5% per dupe more Crit DMG and Base DMG passively and 2% per dupe more DMG/Shield from the Alight effect (or 4% per dupe for Ultra turn). It's alright, but definitely not mandatory.
