Combined with Lost Radiance's 25% DEF Ignore post-Ultimate and A6's 30% DEF Ignore during Time Stop, Hotori achieves 79% cumulative Defense Shred at full investment. Lost Radiance further amplifies her Cosmos DMG with its 2-piece bonus. Jiuyuan's Seize the Moment raises the Vita Bud cap to 6, and Hotori's Blossom Enhancement passive keeps those Buds attacking through the full Time Stop window — this is the team's primary damage source.
